- Product Strategy: Develop And Execute A Global Payroll Strategy That Aligns With The Company's Vision And The Evolving Needs Of HR Professionals
- Team Based: Work With Solutions Architect To
- Market Research: Stay Updated On Multiple Country Payroll Trends, Study And Compare Competitor Product Features, Conduct Market Analysis, Provide Weekly Reports And Collect Customer Pain Points To Raise Product Decisions
- Roadmap Development: Create And Manage A Comprehensive Global Product Roadmap That Prioritizes Features And Enhancements Based On Customer Feedback, Market Dynamics, And Business Objectives
- Feature Definition: Collaborate Closely With Cross-functional Teams, Including Software Development, Support, Domain Specialists, To Define And Document Product Features And Functionality Which Includes Enhancements To Modules, Dashboards, Mobile App Features
- User Experience: Ensure An Exceptional User Experience For HR Professionals, Leveraging Data And User Feedback To Continuously Improve The Software System
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Masters and above is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the HR software or similar field
- Strong understanding of industrial best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in product management tools and software
