The success of Bank of America and Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is dependent on continual enhancement and differentiation in the digital space. CashPro® is Bank of America’s flagship GPS platform for clients ranging from business banking to commercial and large corporates doing business globally.

This position is for a CashPro Data Product Manager, focused on empowering our product and sales teams with actionable insights to help them understand client behavior and measure success. We are looking for a motivated self-starter, passionate about the power of data to drive product development and business strategies. This individual must exhibit strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high priority tasks for the business with overlapping deadlines. They must also be skilled at reading and writing SQL queries to analyze data, and comfortable using tools including Splunk, Alteryx, and Tableau/BI tools. They should also be a clear and concise communicator, with an ability to message across multiple levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

As CashPro Data Product Manager, responsibilities will include ownership of data strategy and analytics for various purposes across the CashPro platform, including but not limited to: reporting on product adoption, client behavior, security, user access, and recurring measurement of key performance indicators.

This product manager will:

  • Partner with product, sales, operations, and other internal partners to complete ad-hoc data analysis projects, to inform understanding of client access, user behavior, and/or product adoption

  • Identify opportunities for automation of data insights, and work with a cross-functional team of product, design, and technology partners to prioritize, develop, and publish data insights for internal stakeholders

  • Perform recurring key performance indicator reporting, including producing product adoption metrics for use in external publications and quarterly earnings reports

  • Develop and/or influence data product strategy to enhance internal metrics infrastructure and visualization tools, enabling the delivery of more comprehensive, actionable analytics to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with Technology partners and vendors through the agile development methodology, required governance and compliance approvals, and early risk identification and mitigation of issues

  • Support weekend release activity as associated with data product enhancements

  • Serve as an innovation champion and thought leader, identifying new opportunities for enhancement as well as internal efficiencies and process improvements to help simplify and improve the client and internal employee experience.

  • Minimum of 3 years' of data analytics or data product management experience

  • Drives alignment via strong and efficient facilitation and presentation capability

  • Perform data analysis and partner with product managers to define key metrics to measure success.

  • Success working with large, complex data sets, including using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Splunk, Alteryx and Tableau/BI dashboards

  • A blend of both business and technical acumen

Minimum Education Requirements: BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience

Pay range

$105,000.00 - $138,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
