Renuity is looking for a visionary Director of Brand Strategy & Development to elevate our brand presence and drive strategic growth initiatives. In this role, you will craft and execute innovative branding strategies that resonate with our target audience while collaborating across teams to enhance product development and market positioning. We need a dynamic leader with a passion for building impactful brands and proven track record in driving business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and maintenance of vibrant visual identities, including logos, typography, and messaging that resonate with our audience.
- Guide creative and marketing teams to ensure brand guidelines are consistently adhered to across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that effectively integrates multiple sub-brands under a unified vision.
- Define the brand hierarchy and core positioning for each entity, ensuring clarity and strength in our market presence.
- Establish voice and messaging guidelines that create a unified brand narrative across all communications.
- Spearhead rebranding initiatives as the business evolves, ensuring a fresh and relevant brand identity.
- Manage complex brand unification projects, merging multiple entities into a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align brand strategy with overarching business goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular brand audits to assess effectiveness and understand brand perception in the market.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams – creative, marketing, product, and sales – to ensure strategic alignment across all business functions.
- Articulate the brand vision effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Coordinate with employee experience teams to maintain brand consistency throughout the organization.
- Utilize data and customer insights to inform and refine brand strategies, adapting to market changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to effectively position our brands.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand equity, awareness, and performance, using data to drive strategic decision-making and report on brand health.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive experience in brand management and developing brand strategies across multiple channels or businesses.
- Proven track record of managing complex branding projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Expertise in multi-brand unification, visual identity design, and creating comprehensive brand guidelines, as well as digital and print asset creation.
- Ability to lead marketing/branding teams or cross-functional teams such as product development, sales and creative to achieve cohesive brand adoption.
- Experience in leading brand development initiatives, product launches, rebranding efforts, and driving market penetration.
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of all brand-related tasks.
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling pitches for brand campaigns.
- Experience in leading and executing large-scale brand campaigns from concept to completion.
