Job Description

The Brand Strategist at Vroutes HR will be responsible for developing brand strategies that align with our clients' business goals. This includes conducting market research, identifying target audiences, creating brand positioning frameworks, and ensuring cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a deep understanding of how to build a brand's narrative and maintain consistency across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Discovery & Research:
    • Conduct in-depth research to understand the client’s brand story, business, audience, market trends, and competitors.
    • Identify gaps and opportunities to build a unique brand positioning.
  • Brand Development:
    • Create brand frameworks covering brand vision, mission, core values, personality, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines.
    • Develop messaging strategies that resonate with the target audience across all channels.
  • Brand Campaign Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand strategy.
    • Create content frameworks that guide social media, website copy, and advertising campaigns.
  • Client Communication:
    • Providing strategic recommendations to strengthen their brand presence.
    • Present brand strategies and campaign ideas to clients, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all external and internal communications reflect the brand’s core identity and values.
    • Conduct brand audits to evaluate consistency across platforms.

 

Qualifications

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or advertising.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, including brand positioning, identity, and messaging.
  • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industries like Real Estate, F&B, FMCG, and Fashion is a plus.
