Job Title: Brand Communication Manager
Job Summary:
The Brand Communication Manager is a key member of the Brand Marketing team, responsible for coordinating and executing Ken Garff’s internal and external brand communication strategies. This role supports a consistent brand voice across channels and fosters engagement among employees, partners, and the broader community. Working closely with various departments, dealerships, and community partners, the manager will craft compelling messaging that drives awareness, builds culture, and supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver tailored, actionable communication to employees and the public using internal software platforms (email, SMS, content management systems, etc.).
Work within the Marketing team to edit, refine, and distribute engaging content internal and Public Relations messaging aligned with Ken Garff’s brand standards and voice.
Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and other departments to plan and execute integrated Internal and Public Relations campaigns that support company-wide initiatives.
Partner with dealership teams to design and implement localized internal and external campaigns that support both employee engagement and public relations.
Build relationships across the organization to identify and share meaningful employee stories and company news that celebrate culture and values.
Monitor and optimize content management system performance and usage within dealership networks to improve reach and engagement.
Coordinate with community partners to uncover storytelling and branding opportunities that enhance employee experience and strengthen community impact.
Support the development and execution of external communication efforts, including brand messaging and public relations campaigns.
Compile and present regular reports on the performance and effectiveness of communication initiatives, using insights to inform and refine strategies.
Coordinate communication logistics for Ken Garff events, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging before, during, and after each activation.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related discipline\
Three years related experience
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the education and experience requirements listed above.
Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, influencing, aligning, and active listening
Experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to meet deadlines and work through competing priorities
