Rock Dental Brands is a group of doctors who provide multidisciplinary care in General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and Oral Surgery. We are a team of dentists, dental specialists, and business professionals collaborating to improve the quality of patient care while eliminating the challenges in the day-to-day operation of private practice. Job Summary


The VP of Marketing is responsible for the strategy, planning, development and execution of Rock Dental Brands marketing, advertising and branding strategy to achieve RDB’s aggressive growth strategy.  The successful candidate will be able to generate significant growth across all channels and will ensure Rock’s message and voice is distributed to targeted audiences. The VP of Marketing will  report directly to the CEO and is a critical leader on the senior leadership team and is willing to roll up their sleeves and take full ownership of our online presence, patient acquisition programs and overall patient experience.



Job Duties:


  • Develop and lead the company's marketing strategy and direct the execution of various marketing activities.
  • Set goals, objectives and budgets to achieve RDB’s growth plan.
  • Determine how to address specific concern areas of growth at the micro and macro level alongside RDB’s Operations Team.
  • Define competitive advantages for each brand as well ongoing brand identity development, messaging and evolution.
  • Drive the public relations strategy for RDB corporate and subsequent family of brands.
  • Conduct market research and personas to make better decisions on the respective specialty strategies.
  • Execute online and offline marketing campaigns customized to fill and grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads.
  • Be the point of contact for all Marketing and Branding topics between all locations. 
  • Drive our digital marketing positioning (localization of Website, SEO, SEM, Digital campaigns).
  • Plan, organize and execute various marketing events and campaigns to create meaningful results in the communities we serve.
  • Measure the performance of all activities and campaigns, assess them against goals (ROI, Key Performance Indicators) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them.


Who You Are:


  • Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic, but also creative and hands-on in nature.
  • Proven experience (7+ years of marketing and executive leadership) and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, branding, strategy, social media, communications).
  • Demonstrable experience of positioning a company in a competitive market and winning market share.
  • ROI-driven approach to marketing and a strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative, transparent, and hands-on environment.
  • Low ego and high intellectual curiosity.


Essential Job Functions: Will require overnight travel as necessary.


Location: This position is located in Little Rock, Arkansas at Rock Dental Brand’s state of the art Support Center.
