Position Overview
The Vice President, North America Product and Brand Marketing will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with TIME Manufacturing's business objectives. This individual will drive brand positioning, lead generation, market expansion, and customer engagement, ensuring sustained growth and competitive differentiation in the marketplace. Additionally, the VP, North America Product and Brand Marketing will oversee product value proposition development, brand management, and product marketing to ensure the company's offerings resonate with target customers and maintain a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
- Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing, branding, public relations, and customer insights.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other key departments to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Define and communicate a clear product value proposition that differentiates TIME Manufacturing's offerings in the marketplace.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website development, social media strategy, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Drive demand generation efforts through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing strategies, and data driven marketing techniques.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Strengthen the company's presence at trade shows, industry events, and customer engagement programs.
- Oversee brand management efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, ensuring successful product launches, positioning, and messaging that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve marketing effectiveness and business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within the manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a dynamic marketing team.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, content strategy, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketa, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
