  • Contribute ideas and feedback during brainstorming sessions around how our platform could evolve visually and functionally, though UI ownership will remain with the development team.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging design trends, UI best practices, and user experience innovations to help us remain at the forefront of design thinking.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in visual design and branding, particularly within digital platforms or online learning environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with visual systems, user-centred design, and both playful and corporate branding.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design software.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished, professional designs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and also offer creative insights.
  • Passion or interest in UI design with a curiosity to explore user experience and interface innovation (no extensive experience required).
  • Experience in designing for web, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking is a plus.

Desirable attributes:

  • A visual system mindset, with the ability to build scalable, flexible design systems that can evolve as products do.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and client teams.
