Role Overview
We're seeking a creative, energetic, and strategic Social Media/Marketing/Branding Manager to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive our growth. Reporting to our CEO, you'll oversee our digital presence, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and increase our brand recognition as a trusted legal authority. This critical role focuses on amplifying The Cochran Firm's brand voice, driving industry visibility, and illustrating the value we deliver to clients across leading social media platforms.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, legal insights, and client testimonials across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook)
- Foster meaningful audience engagement and build relationships with industry influencers
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns including digital ads, email marketing, and community outreach
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all touchpoints
- Support our attorneys in growing their personal brand platforms
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in social media, marketing, and branding (legal industry experience preferred)
- Demonstrated success growing social media accounts and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, strategies, and technology trends
- Exceptional ability to craft compelling brand messaging aligned with legal industry standards
- Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with creative storytelling abilities
- Outstanding multi-tasking abilities and deadline management in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with focus on execution and quality
- Familiarity with legal marketing regulations (ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct) is a plus
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing is a plus
