OVERVIEW
The Senior Project Manager will lead a comprehensive rebranding initiative, orchestrating cross-functional teams and resources to ensure successful brand transformation. They will manage the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation, overseeing timeline, budget, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role requires demonstrated experience in large-scale branding projects, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in change management within complex organizations.
- Duration: 6+ Months Contract
- Target Start Date: January/February 2025
- Rate: $60 to $80/hour / DOE
- Location: Tukwila, WA (hybrid work environment - 3X a week in office)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; the ability to navigate difficult conversations, handle negotiations, establish trade-offs, and politically navigate across various organizations is critical.
- Act as a proactive leader; drive deliverables by holding teams accountable and helping them work through roadblocks
- Work closely with executive leadership; craft comms and presentations decks for an executive audience.
- Lead weekly working team meetings with marketing and digital teams
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder reviews and content approval processes
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Participate in bi-weekly core team meetings
- Support Program Lead with reporting and governance
- Ensure workstream alignment with broader program objectives
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of managing complex digital marketing or content projects
- Experience with brand launch or rebranding project experience
- Marketing technology platform knowledge
- Proven project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project planning and risk management tools
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Demonstrated resilience, tact, influence, and problem-solving skills in a variety of complex situations.
- Demonstrated leader, who is self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic, and organized.
- Experience in risk identification, assessment of unintended effects of project changes, and risk avoidance or mitigation.
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Agile/SCRUM/Project Management professional certification or another relevant accreditation strongly preferred.
