About the position


Part of the Global Product Team, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Define short-term and long-term product development roadmaps.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
  • Stay informed about industry innovations, technologies, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to ensure products are innovative, high-quality, and align with market demands.
  • Implement testing processes to ensure the functionality, safety, and effectiveness of all products of the ranges.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create attractive and informative product packaging.
  • Ensure that branding elements align with the overall brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies, working closely with marketing teams to create effective campaigns.
  • Provide training and support materials for internal teams and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Implement analytics tools to monitor the performance of products in the market.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions.

Profile



Your profile:

  • Around 10 - 12 years of experience in product marketing and launch strategies.
  • Proven experience in product management.
  • In-depth knowledge of products, market trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards in the automotive industry.
