Formulating the brand strategy through the examination of economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying current and future customer needs, and ongoing monitoring.
Maintaining customer relations through the organization and development of specific customer relations programs.
Responsible for determining the company’s presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars.
Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by overseeing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
Exploring new applications for existing products through the analysis of statistics related to market development.
Accounting for developing new product development (NPD) in collaboration with related departments, including the evaluation of product samples until launch.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Brand Manager, preferably from an FMCG company.
Experience in handling product launch, brand management, and P&L would be an added value.
Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills, along with creativity, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and a strong personality.
