Review existing Process/Product and work on Improvement/Simplification.
Driving the RM/Team through different dashboard for Portfolio Hygiene and adopting digital processing (Health Score Card and Digital Score Card).
Construct/Run Contest and motivating the team through Reward & Recognition (Exiting contest includes Rising Star and TopGuns) for achieving business targets
Liaising with HR for Training/Performance improvement plans/execution of Elite RM
New initiative for Better Customer Experience (existing Energy Audit/Efficiency activity) and increasing Group Product Holding.
Initiatives for Better NPS, NTB through existing client (Publishing Success Stories) and Strategy/Activities on Exit Control.
Elite Branding & Initiatives including Privy Program Tagging/Upgradation, RM Customer Mapping, Periodic Communication to Clients Centrally (Know your RM).
Requirement:
Post-Graduation with Min 7 years of work experience
Data Analytical & Presentation Skill, Good knowledge/understanding of MS Office, Excel and Word.
Understanding of assets product like CC, OD , TL , Export Finance etc.
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Strong Communication (Written and Oral) and Networking Skill
