Take and type minutes, reports, memos, schedules, presentations etc., and distributes to relevant people.
Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Arrange and confirm appointments with business associates.
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings as required.
Coordinate events including seminars, trade shows, exhibits etc.
Understand and execute briefs.
Gather and collate relevant marketing material, working alongside the marketing team to ensure product details, images etc. are in line with company brand.
Create and assemble marketing materials as required.
Serve as point of contact between external suppliers regarding design, layout, proofing and corrections on proofs.
Corporate branding – including electronic and print media.
Organise and administer marketing campaigns.
Perform and complete proposal related responsibilities and projects as necessary.
Placing and following-up on quotes from approved suppliers.
Coordinate the flow of information, both internally and externally.
Interact and correspond with members, editorial, media, finance, marketing and other advertising groups.
General office administration and clerical duties - distribution of mail and marketing materials to relevant staff; arrangements of courier services; implement and maintain office systems, record management, etc.
File and retrieve documents in accordance with system.
General administration in support of proposals and projects.
Capturing and process management of purchase orders.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Are you currently (or very recently) a Senior Marketing Coordinator and Assistant WITHIN FMCG or the Retail industry?
Do you have 7 to 9 YEARS (or more) experience as a Marketing Assistant and Marketing Coordinator WITHIN the Retail or FMCG or Fashion Retail industry?
Do you have advanced MS Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)?
Have you completed a relevant Degree or 3 Year National Diploma?
Package & Remuneration
+- R30,000 to R40,000 ctc per month (depending on experience, etc.)
