Join a dynamic team and take on the challenge of delivering high-quality marketing campaigns with a strong focus on branding and sponsorship. You’ll be working closely with leadership and supported by the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth through multi-channel marketing efforts.
What you’ll be working on
- Brand Governance: Take ownership of brand governance, ensuring William Buck’s branding is consistently represented across all channels, events, and partnerships.
- Sponsorship and Partnership Marketing: Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies, working closely with key partners to amplify our brand’s visibility and drive business development opportunities.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand specific sectors within your portfolio and develop targeted strategies to reach audiences effectively.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns, from building prospect lists and creating content to channel selection and event execution.
- Content Strategy: Work with industry experts to raise their profiles through engaging content and media opportunities.
- Data Analytics: Dive into data to measure campaign effectiveness, report on performance, and ensure sponsorship initiatives meet ROI and business targets.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills while managing workflow to meet deadlines.
We are looking for someone with
- A passion for professional services marketing, with the ability to identify and maximize brand development opportunities.
- A deep understanding of brand identity and narrative, with an eye for detail in maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- The ability to pivot between marketing disciplines, including content creation, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and event coordination.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire internal teams and external partners.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to assess sponsorship value and deliver measurable results.
Skills and Expertise
- 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communication, or PR.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or an equivalent field.
- Proven expertise in sponsorship marketing and strong relationship-building skills.
- Superior communication and content creation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Marketo, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
