This move came at the request of several of Phoenix's clients operating in Canada that were looking to expand their customer base here. In addition, Phoenix has recently developed a new retail program that has been extremely successful with clients in every industry from commerical and residential telecom services to our charity awareness campaigns.

Phoenix International will continue to expand operations in Canada in the coming years as well as the Northeast US, where the company was founded. With continued success through the new retail channel, Phoenix will look to expand into South America and Europe for the first time in 2017 while continuing to diversify it's portfolio of clients.



Job Description

Junior Brand Marketing Consultant

Learn Marketing and Client Relations from the one who started the business!

Phoenix International, is seeking a Junior Marketing role for our firm providing marketing, advertising and consulting services to large corporations on local and national levels. This position would work closely with Marketing Specialists to identify and develop new streams of revenue for clients through UNIQUE advertising strategies including sales, promotions, and innovative marketing solutions. The Junior Marketing Associate would create and execute these campaigns and convey the promotions to each respective target market within a dynamic team environment.

Major Responsibility Areas

  • Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights
  • Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
  • Marketing opportunity for revenue
  • Provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
  • Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral
  • Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Education - University degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills required.
  • 1-3 years Experience in customer service, marketing or business an asset.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic, changing environment.
  • A desire for growth and advancement in a fast-moving entrepreneurial culture
  • No experience necessary. A full training program will be provided to the ideal candidate.
