Internship Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

What Will You Do?
During your internship, you will support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employer Branding (EB) team. You will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and attracting talent to Samsung. Your main tasks will include:

• Employer Branding: Contributing to our Employer Branding project, which we want to actively promote in the market. This includes managing our social media channels, writing and managing job postings, and sharing inspiring stories from colleagues or leadership.
• Collaboration with Schools: Helping us strengthen our relationships with educational institutions and contributing to initiatives that raise awareness of Samsung as an employer.
• Recruitment Support: Learning about recruitment processes, scheduling appointments, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and attending recruitment events.
• Team Support: Being a valuable team member, assisting with various tasks.

Skills and Qualifications

What Are Your Assets
As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding intern, you bring the desire to learn and the drive to develop your communication skills. You will learn how to effectively communicate with candidates and internal teams, presenting our employer brand clearly and positively. You are eager to enhance your commercial mindset by attracting talent and contributing to strategic recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will develop your teamwork skills by collaborating with various teams to achieve shared goals. We will support you in developing these competencies, helping you grow in your career.

We also request:

• You are currently studying for an MBO or HBO degree and available for an internship of at least 4 months.
• You have an interest in recruitment, communication, and/or employer branding.
• You are proactive, creative, and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week, with at least 4 days at our office at Schiphol.

• An internship allowance of €600 per month.
