Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic International Brand Manager to lead the global development, positioning, and marketing of our supplement ingredient portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand growth, ensuring consistency across international markets, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global brand management, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership within the nutraceutical or supplement industry.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Development
- Develop and execute global brand strategies to enhance brand identity and equity across international markets.
- Define unique product positioning and create go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse regional needs.
- Align the company around the brand’s mission, vision, and values to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.
Marketing and Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and oversee global marketing campaigns, including digital strategies (SEO, PPC, social media), trade promotions, and advertising.
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets while maintaining brand integrity.
- Lead creative development to motivate target audiences to engage with the brand.
Market Analysis and Innovation
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with R&D teams to drive innovation in product development based on market demands.
- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) for campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, R&D, operations) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to align strategies and achieve goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between global headquarters and regional markets to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Lead cross-functional product launches from concept through commercialization.
Brand Performance Monitoring
- Track brand performance metrics globally, including market share, sales growth, and consumer perception.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience
- 7+ years of experience in international brand management within the supplement, nutraceutical, or health industries.
- Proven track record of managing global marketing campaigns and driving brand growth in diverse markets.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research and data interpretation.
- Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across cultures and teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, analytics tools).
