Introduction

 

As the Head of Strategy - Marketing and Branding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing vision and driving business growth at Enable Benefits. Leading a team of skilled professionals, you will oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies, impactful campaigns, and exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position based on a Monday to Friday schedule (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM).

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal marketing and branding team, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Strategic Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and execute marketing projects and campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creative Innovation: Encourage bold, disruptive ideas that elevate the brand and create a competitive edge.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on both brand awareness and measurable outcomes.
  • Budget Optimization: Allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve cost-effective results
  • Technology Integration: Leverage AI, data analytics, and cutting-edge tools to enhance campaign performance and decision-making.
  • Agile Methodologies: Apply agile marketing practices inspired by innovative approaches (e.g., Ryan Reynolds’ Maximum Effort) to enable rapid experimentation and adaptation.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Journey Excellence: Optimize the customer journey, ensuring a seamless, impactful experience across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Metrics: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators, using data to refine campaigns and strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

As the leader of the marketing and branding team, you will oversee the following skilled professionals:

  • Digital Media Specialist: Manages digital advertising campaigns to maximize engagement and reach across platforms.
  • Senior Graphic Designer: Creates visually compelling designs for marketing materials and branding assets.
  • Senior Video Designer: Develops high-quality video content to strengthen brand identity and communication.
  • Senior Web Developer: Ensures the company’s online presence is optimized for performance, functionality, and user experience.

 

You will be responsible for guiding and empowering this team to align their efforts with the company’s marketing vision and deliver exceptional results.
