Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program!


 


Commvault is seeking an Employer Brand Summer intern to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping our employer brand and engaging top talent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and various teams across the organization to enhance our employer brand. You will be responsible for helping craft and implement various strategies to attract, engage, and retain top-tier candidates.


 


What you’ll do:


  • Work independently and on a team to organize, update and curate people focused content for social amplification, online platforms and networking events.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects connected to Employer brand, talent acquisition and employee experience.  
  • Collaborate with marketing communications to create compelling content that showcases our company culture and values.
  • Monitor and manage the company's presence on Glassdoor, responding to reviews, ensuring timely and constructive communication with current and former employees.
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to ghostwrite blogs and articles that highlight our workplace culture, employee success stories, and industry trends.
  • Engage employees as brand ambassadors, encouraging them to share their experiences on social media platforms.


Who you are:


  • Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Strong interest in human resources, talent acquisition, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible spirit with excellent relationship-building skills

 


*NOTE: this is a summer intern program, candidate must be located in New Jersey with a commutable distance to our headquarters in Tinton Falls.
