Director, Employer Branding & Communications
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Employer Branding and Communications plays a crucial role in crafting and promoting the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. This leader is responsible for developing and driving innovative global employer branding strategies that improve the organization’s appeal to prospective candidates while reinforcing engagement with current employees.
In this role, you will lead the global Center of Excellence (COE) coordinating cross-business collaboration for the Americas, EMEA and APAC, driving marketing campaigns that enable PVH to attract, engage and retain the best talent while maintaining a competitive advantage in our industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience in employer branding and/or talent acquisition, leading and influencing teams, with proven track record to build and manage relationships, balance daily execution with long-term strategy creation, developing programs to elevate our career platforms, technology and channels, and drive operational efficiencies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience: 8-10 years
Work schedule: Hybrid, in office 3x a week Tues, Wed, Thurs
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range:$155,000 - $180,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
