 Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and creative Culture and Employer Branding Intern to join our Talent Acquisition and HR team. This role will support various initiatives aimed at enhancing our employer brand and promoting a positive company culture. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media, event planning and execution, and creating engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Scheduling: Assist in  planning and scheduling social media posts to promote our employer brand.
  • Employee Advocacy: Identify and promote opportunities for employee advocacy and engagement.
  • Copywriting: Write      engaging social media captions and responses.
  • Event Planning: Support the planning, execution, and logistics of company events.
  • Content Development: Help develop content for employer branding materials, including social media, career site, and      recruitment marketing collateral.
  • Event Promotion: Assist with organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as career fairs and webinars.
  • Employer Branding: Assist with organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as career fairs and webinars.
  • Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor employer branding practices.
  • Employee Testimonials: Collaborate with internal teams to gather and share employee testimonials and success stories.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and suggest improvements.


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a      related field.
  • Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or experience in marketing, HR, or recruitment is a plus but      not required.
  • Basic knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.
  • Creative mindset 
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
