Objective / Purpose

The Corporate Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and maintaining the brand identity and positioning of Kessler, Grand Bohemian and all other property specific sub-brands. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and cohesive representation of the brand, meticulously aligning every aspect of marketing execution with established brand guidelines.

Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all properties and marketing channels.
  • Conduct brand audits to maintain alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and enhance brand positioning.
  • Ensure brand consistency across websites, collateral, social, advertising, and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure the brand experience is reflected in service standards, employee relations, amenities, and design.
  • Oversee cross-property brand activations to ensure brand consistency and amplification.
  • Oversee branding of integrated marketing campaigns for brand and hotels. 
  • Oversee, organize, schedule, and direct photoshoots, managing all approved photography.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform future brand strategy.
  • Oversee brand-level partnerships to ensure cohesive and impactful brand representation across media, graphics, promotions, events, and property touchpoints, maximizing return on partnership investment.
  • Partners with graphic design team to maintain brand guideline and foundational messaging documents.

Minimum Qualifications

Education, License, Certifications, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, marketing, communications or related field - required
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in luxury brands – required
  • Experience in the Upper Upscale/Luxury Hospitality/Tourism industry – required
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams and PowerPoint – required
  • Knowledge of Canva and Adobe applications, including Photoshop and Illustrator - required

 

Work Environment / Conditions

The work environment/conditions described herein are representative of those that an incumbent may experience.

  • Must be comfortable working in a shared space, with constant noise, without the use of a private office.
  • Must be able to cope with frequent changing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of optimism, professionalism & collaboration.
  • Schedules may vary from week to week based on business demands in excess of 40 hours with or without notice.
