Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sports Branding Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing all aspects of venue branding across multiple venues, ensuring consistent brand presentation throughout all SailGP events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venue branding and leading installation teams.

The Branding Manager will be responsible for all aspects of creation, planning, procurement and delivery of the branding plans for all venues at SailGP Events. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and management of various branding department processes such as RFP and cross department working processes
  • Work closely with other SailGP departments to collate and implement requirements across the organisation
  • Create and manage the branding schedule of implementation for each event
  • Work closely with the Creative Team to obtain print-ready artwork within deadlines
  • Create venue branding plans and schedules for execution on site
  • Take ownership and manage the global branding inventory, ensuring contractual branding obligations are delivered at events
  • Lead on the procurement of branding;
    - Sourcing and managing local branding suppliers
    - Sharing requirements lists and artwork
    - Obtaining quotations and cost comparisons
    - Reviewing sustainable product offerings and tracking the options and decisions.
    - Managing procurement spreadsheets
    - Managing delivery of branding products
    - Managing outsourced installations end to end

About You:

  • Solid experience in sports and event branding or similar field
  • Excellent performer under pressure
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  • Experience managing partner relationships
  • Strong on-site team leadership experience

Location:

SailGP HQ in London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London Office.
