Empath Health, is currently seeking a Brand Strategist to join our team.


The mission of this role is to elevate Empath Health's brand within the community by crafting and executing innovative strategies that enhance brand awareness, foster colleague and client loyalty, and integrate seamlessly across organizational functions. In this pivotal role, the Brand Strategist will harness strategic thinking, creativity, and adaptability to develop and communicate compelling brand narratives. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will ensure consistent messaging and a strong market presence, ultimately contributing to Empath Health's growth and the enrichment of its community relationships.


The Brand Strategist:



  • increases brand awareness and market presence through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.

  • improves colleague and community perception and loyalty by crafting compelling brand narratives and fostering trust through consistent communication.

  • collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategy into communication, sales strategy, and other key areas.

  • utilizes analytics and data-driven insights to refine branding efforts and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related area is required.

  • 3-5 years of experience with direct responsibility for brand strategy, storytelling, content development.

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including highly proficient in AP Style. Writing requirements are required.

  • Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc., highly recommended.

  • Ability to conduct long-range strategic planning for organizational effectiveness and proven success executing strategic plans.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with changing priorities, including shifting tasks and quickly reprioritizing.

  • Skilled at collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information to problem-solve and make high-level decisions.
