Job Description

If you have experience in customer service, retail sales, food service, or similar and are now looking for a more professional position with better pay, better hours, and more advancement potential, our team would love to hear from you!

We're looking for people that are able to start within 2 weeks’ time, and passionate about delivering a good customer experience! By joining our team of Brand Representatives in Birmingham, you’ll be fully trained and given on-site support while learning the ropes. You’ll then be expected to initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide support while also aiming to acquire new customers!

 

Responsibilities of the Brand Representative Role Include:

  • Engage with potential customers at events and promotional activities to represent our clients' brands, products, and services.
  • Drive sales through direct interaction, effectively communicating product benefits and features to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrate and showcase products to prospective clients, offering hands-on experiences and personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute innovative strategies that boost brand visibility and performance.
  • Track and report performance, including lead generation and conversion rates, to continuously improve sales tactics and overall branding strategies.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to positively represent our clients' brands.
  • Achieve and exceed targets, demonstrating persistence and resilience in meeting and surpassing goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and branding techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive end-to-end experience.
  • Adapt to diverse environments, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
