Job Title: Brand, Product, & Packaging Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and strategic Brand, Product, and Packaging Project Manager to drive the execution of critical brand and product initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing product packaging strategies, streamlining project management processes, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM (Go-to-Market), Operations, and other teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex timelines and resource coordination.

On-site in Spring Hill preferred:  4 days in office, Thursdays remote
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packaging Strategy: Develop and refine packaging strategies for Wholesale, Marketplace, and DTC channels, ensuring brand consistency and cost efficiency.
  • Project Management: Implement streamlined processes, manage timelines, and coordinate resources to drive product and brand initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Facilitate collaboration across teams, track progress, and maintain alignment on key initiatives.

Key Deliverables:

  • Monthly packaging strategy updates and performance metrics.
  • Project status dashboard tracking timelines, milestones, and risks.
  • Cross-functional alignment summaries with action items and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in project management, preferably in product development or branding.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; experience with project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, or similar platforms).

Preferred:

  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with packaging strategy.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.).

Details:

  • Reports to Product Manager, part of the Brand & Product Team.
  • Full-time | $65K-$75K annual salary. (Base plus incentive)
