JOB TITLE:  Brand Marketing Specialist 

 

JOB LOCATION: Orem 

 

REPORTING TO: Sr. Brand Marketing Manager

Clyde Companies is seeking an ambitious, dynamic individual interested in developing their marketing knowledge and being a visible asset to the team. As a Brand Marketing Specialist, you will analyze and provide brand strategy support and recommendations designed for key target audiences. You will assist the marketing team in marketing material creations, project management, and research development and execution.  

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

 

Every position at Clyde Companies is critical to the success of the whole. Your specific responsibilities as part of the marketing team will include: 

  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with drafting strategic and marketing briefs for assigned brands 

  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with marketing campaigns and branding strategies for assigned brands 

  • Assist the marketing team to conduct competitor and market research 

  • Assist the marketing team to gather and analyze data on consumers  

  • Create reports and presentations as needed 

  • Project management including set up, tracking and coordination for marketing projects 

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and vendors.  

  • Provide additional support to the marketing department and help with any other requests or needs as circumstances require 

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role 

  • Strong presentation skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Competent in MS Office 

  • Creative and innovative 

  • Experience with Qualtrics 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail; 

  • Strong drive and desire to proactively reach out and connect with stakeholders; 

  • Able to be a high performer with little management oversight; 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourceful on demand. Able to react well under pressure; 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related field preferred, but not required
