Brand Marketing Manager 


Reports To: CEO



Job Summary
The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our clients. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences. This role will require strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.




Essential Functions



  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic recommendations, and communicate campaign progress and results.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and enhance their brand positioning.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

  • Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and events.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and content that align with brand guidelines.

  • Develop vision board, shot list, etc. for media production team to execute branded photo and video shoots.

  • Manage and oversee the production of all marketing collateral

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics, and prepare reports to present to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Make data-driven decisions to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in brand marketing and digital marketing.

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective cost management, ultimately leading to a positive ROI for clients.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as PR agencies and influencers, to execute marketing campaigns.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of branding campaigns across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Manage and lead a team to execute marketing and advertising related deliverables for our clients, including but not limited to quarterly plans, content schedules, advertising strategy, email marketing, blog content, etc.



Knowledge, Skill, and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding or related fields.

  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team

  • Strong understanding of branding strategies, tactics, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Knowledge of market research and data analysis.

  • Familiarity with branding software and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
