Lead the marketing and branding initiative for the bank along with performance marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition: Strategic thinking, stakeholder & agency management and ensuring seamless execution.
- Alliance partnerships -campaigns, strategic positioning based on insights and building new categories.
- Brand building through Digital, ATL, BTL and social. Ensuring large scale engagement is done with customers through the social media channels, new initiatives and innovations.
- Managing budgets & stakeholders, agency reviews and ensuring governance and audit compliance.
- Increase brand awareness and acquisition in digital marketing by designing, building and executing brand campaigns across social, display and other channels.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, and also maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
- Accountable for digital sales and revenue targets across Retail Wealth, Insurance, Personal loans and commercialization of Global Money/outward remittances/Fx on digital.
