Position Summary: This role will be instrumental in the development and application of Mercury Broadband’s new brand standards across various channels. This role involves creating designs for digital platforms, managing website updates and redesign projects, and producing traditional marketing materials such as direct mail and collateral. Additionally, this role will oversee the company store of branded apparel and merchandise. Applicants should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have a portfolio showcasing both digital and traditional design expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to establish and maintain consistent brand standards across all platforms and materials.
  • Enhance existing brand standards across various channels and applications
  • Act as brand manager for said standards and support the brand rollout across the company
  • Design and produce assets for digital platforms, including website graphics, email templates, social media content, and occasionally, display ads.
  • Develop designs for traditional marketing materials, including direct mail, brochures, flyers, and other print collateral.
  • Create brand-aligned promotional materials for the company store, including apparel and other branded merchandise.
  • Support the website management process, including updates, maintenance, and assisting with the launch of a new website.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality expectations.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance Mercury Broadband’s creative output.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in website design and management; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of branding and the application of brand standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to create polished, professional designs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to explore new ideas and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with direct mail campaigns and print production processes.
  • Experience with photography and videography in a corporate setting
  • Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in managing branded merchandise programs or company stores.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript development
