Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing a company’s brand. Develops plans that support lines of service
and brand objective and campaign that increase the awareness of stature of a
company.

IV. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage
    and enhances a company’s brand or reputation in the public’s eye.
  2. Research
    new market trends to understand the best strategy for the brand.
  3. Ensures
    brand consistency.
  4. Assists
    in the creation of new products and other requirements such as packaging
    concerns and FDA permits.
  5. Manage
    website content and other social media platforms in terms of relevance, clarity
    and positioning
  6. Assists
    in product and brand advertising
  7. Plans,
    Conceptualizes and assists in the implementation of brand promotion initiatives
    in collaboration with Trade marketing based on approved annual budget.
  8. Coordinates
    and organize trade shows, exhibits and brand activations according to brand objectives
  9. Develops
    programs to increase brand awareness to support sales.
  10. Provide essentials report as a tool to
    analyze market and a reference for decision making and forecasting.
  11. Monitors assigned Brand marketing
    budget for brand expenditures.
  12. Ensure optimum utilization of all
    marketing collaterals.
  13. Assists with the function of Assistant Marketing Manager.


  • SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work in a goal driven environment and
    perform all tasks within the defined time line
  • Identify and explain the market trends
    and consumer requirements clearly to the brand manager/business development
    head.
  • Analytical skills from different
    perspectives to forecast the consequences and have branding plans.
  • Acquire and utilize knowledge and
    skills according to the situational requirements.
  • Coordination and work with external
    agencies in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree In Marketing Management or any

business related course

  • With
    1 to 2 year(s) experience in the same related field is advantage
  • Preferably
    Female / 25 to 35 years old
