Our client is looking for an experienced Brand Manager specializing in Retail and Luxury Brands to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the image of renowned brands in the retail and luxury sectors.


Responsibilities:




  • Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies for retail and luxury brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.



  • Brand Positioning: Define and maintain the brand's unique positioning in the market, taking into account target demographics and market trends.



  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales, both online and offline.



  • Product Launches: Manage the successful launch of new products or collections, coordinating efforts across various departments and stakeholders.



  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats to the brand.



  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for marketing and branding activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.



  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and creative, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.



  • Retail Experience: Enhance the in-store retail experience by developing visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey, and maintaining brand aesthetics.



  • Public Relations: Manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and events to build and maintain a positive brand image.



  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze brand performance, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.

  • Brand Management: Proven experience in brand management, with a strong focus on retail and luxury brands.



  • Creativity: Innovative thinking and the ability to create compelling brand stories and campaigns.



  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the retail and luxury markets, including consumer behavior and industry trends.



  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies that drive growth and profitability.



  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey brand messages.



  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.



  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to make informed decisions.



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).



  • Experience in brand management, with a focus on retail and luxury brands.



  • Experience working with renowned luxury brands is highly desirable.



  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.



  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for analysis and campaign management.



  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
