About The Company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a vape liquid retailer established since 2015 with a distribution network spanning over 20 distributors across Indonesia and involving numerous production personnel dedicated to serving the growing number of vapers in Indonesia. It has established itself as a reputable Other Tobacco Product Manufacturer (PHTL).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and plans to promote the brand or product under your responsibility.


• Manage the marketing budget for the brand or product, including planning, execution, and cost supervision.


• Develop and oversee promotional programs and advertising campaigns to introduce the brand or product to consumers.


• Build relationships with mass media and ensure positive and beneficial publications about the brand or product.


• Conduct market research and analyze data to understand consumer needs and identify new market opportunities.


• Supervise the production of promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and video advertisements.


• Collaborate with business partners, such as distributors and marketing agents, to expand the reach of your brand or product.


• Develop and monitor the use of the company's brand or logo, ensuring consistency across all offered products and services.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in marketing, branding, and related fields.


• Strong analytical skills in market research, brand performance monitoring, and consumer data analysis.


• Creative and able to generate ideas for marketing campaigns.


• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.


• Ability to lead and direct team members effectively.


• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
