Role Overview

As a Brand Licensing Sales Manager, you will be a key ambassador of FTV's esteemed brand, responsible for fostering partnerships with Licensees. By associating their projects with FTV's iconic brand name, you will empower them to enhance their market presence, drive value, and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Exemplary Communication and Confidence:
• Employ an air hostess-style demeanor, combining impeccable communication skills, charm, and confidence in all interactions.
• Articulate FTV's brand value and licensing benefits persuasively to potential clients.
• Strategic Brand Licensing:
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with developers and builders, understanding their project needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with the brand partnerships team to create tailored brand licensing solutions that align with clients' goals.
• Negotiation and Value Proposition:
• Showcase exceptional negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial licensing agreements that drive profitability for both FTV and clients.
• Present the compelling value proposition of associating projects with the globally recognized FTV brand.
• Market Insights and Trends:
• Stay attuned to market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities for brand licensing partnerships.
• Collaborative Execution:
• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute brand licensing agreements and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
Previous experience in sales,, or business development, preferably in Aviation, luxury, fashion, Media, Ad sales, Space sales or real estate sectors.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, mirroring the confidence and elegance of an air hostess.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to convey the value of brand association to clients.
• High level of personal presentation, reflecting the sophisticated FTV brand image.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales .
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
