Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing acquisition strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
    • Identify and leverage new content promotion trends to optimize customer reach and drive sales traffic.
    • Oversee influencer marketing strategies, from identifying Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to negotiating partnerships and evaluating performance metrics.
  2. Brand & Content Management
    • Ensure the brand remains recognizable, relevant, and engaging to the target audience.
    • Maintain consistency in branding across advertising, product design, and all marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content aligned with brand identity and audience expectations.
  3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing key recommendations for optimization and growth.
    • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI, working closely with product development and business development teams.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
  4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Supervise and mentor the marketing team to drive high performance and innovation.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, business development, and creative teams, to align marketing objectives with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty marketing strategy, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior-level role.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of KOL Management, content marketing, branding, and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Strong market acumen with a keen eye on social and digital trends.
    • Proven ability to forecast and analyze marketing campaign performance.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
