A Little Bit About the Position
Gemini is seeking a visionary Brand Director to shape and strengthen our brand identity across both B2B SaaS products and professional services, ensuring our offerings resonate deeply with our high-end clientele. This role is a unique opportunity to lead our brand strategy, building a compelling reputation and fostering client engagement through cohesive, impactful messaging. As the Brand Director, you'll be the driving force behind data-informed, brand-focused marketing strategies that elevate our voice across all channels and position Gemini as a trusted leader in both software solutions and professional services.
In this strategic leadership role, you’ll guide a talented marketing team to create innovative campaigns that seamlessly blend luxury branding with the operational rigor expected in the software and professional services spaces. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, optimizing the marketing budget to maximize reach and effectiveness, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-impact communications. We’re looking for a results-driven leader with a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for translating creative vision into a powerful brand presence, using data-backed insights to drive measurable growth.

Location: Hybrid-Remote at our Rocklin, CA office

Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00am-5:00pm with flexibility to accommodate marketing events and product launches

Compensation: $160,000-$195,000 per annum

Travel: Travel may be required for this position up to 25% of working hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required
- Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and SaaS environments, ideally within the legal, professional services, or luxury sectors
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level managerial or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to drive strategy, manage teams, and align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS products and professional services, with an emphasis on data-driven engagement, client acquisition, and retention strategies
- Must provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand storytelling, visual design, and strategic communication, with a focus on delivering high-quality branding experiences
- Advanced expertise in market research, analytics, data-driven decision-making, and A/B testing to refine and optimize campaigns
- Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, brand positioning, and messaging strategy that resonate with a sophisticated B2B client base
- Proficiency in product marketing techniques that enhance client engagement, onboarding, and lifecycle management, particularly for SaaS products
- Ability to develop and implement strategic go-to-market and brand-building initiatives that balance high-level branding needs with hands-on operational execution
- Advanced presentation and public speaking skills for representing the brand and strategy to stakeholders
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the capability to lead multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and directed, with an ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented company culture
- Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.) and project management software
- Experience in science-based, data-driven marketing, using analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong experience with marketing technology and SaaS tools, including CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Expertise in digital marketing tools such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media analytics, and conversion rate optimization
- Proficient in leveraging AI-driven tools for content creation, audience targeting, data analysis, and brand development to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Experience working in an office setting

Functional Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:
- Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties
- Lift, push, pull (up to 35 lbs.)

- Driving for extended periods of time, up to 6-8 hours in a day and up to 200-300 miles per day
