ThoughtSpot is seeking an exceptional Brand Designer to play essential roles in the execution of award-winning ideas. 

We’re looking for a Brand Designer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creating clean, modern visuals, and a strong understanding of how design enhances the user experience.

As a Visual Designer at ThoughtSpot, you will craft compelling, pixel-perfect designs that bring our brand, products, and communications to life. From marketing campaigns and digital experiences to Web UI enhancements and internal branding assets, you’ll help define the visual language that shapes how the world sees ThoughtSpot.

This role will be central to crafting a cohesive brand experience across product, web, marketing, and internal initiatives. As a Visual Designer, you will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop and execute compelling visual content that communicates our brand values and messaging to our target audience. 

You will support our mission to elevate ThoughtSpot Brand & Creative to create a recognized, loved, and trustworthy brand and  differentiate our brand from the competition. Delivering a faster, cost-efficient, and better solution for large scale creative work by reducing dependency on external partners is key. This role will be central to crafting a cohesive brand experience across product, web, marketing, and internal initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute our brand's visual identity across all channels for various touch-points across Digital & Print Ads, Videos, Landing Pages, Packaging, Emails, Swags, OOH, Events, and Experiential.

  • Design and maintain visually engaging and on-brand experiences across our website and digital platforms. Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and engaging design experiences.

  • Create visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and images that effectively communicate our brand messaging and values.

  • Ensure that all brand materials are consistent with our visual identity guidelines and meet our standards for quality and effectiveness to establish global brand consistency to build awareness and trust.

  • Work with and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS, AI, and enterprise UX.

  • Translate complex data and ideas into elegant, clear visuals.

  • Support cross-functional teams with creative assets and collaborate on ideation and execution.

  • Take initiative in identifying opportunities to elevate the quality of our visual communication.

  • Work on the marketing website, collaborate with creatives, product managers, web producers, marketers, and developers to create cohesive and engaging design experiences.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, brand design—preferably within SaaS or tech environments.

  • Bachelor's degree (BFA or BA) in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.

  • Experience in branding, brand strategy, and understanding design in a way that can be relayed effectively through all components of a brand.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design fundamentals—typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.

  • Proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and other modern design tools.

  • Compelling examples of web design work across interactive experiences.

  • Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.

  • Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to bring designs to life.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business needs, always keeping the end user in mind.

  • Experience working within or contributing to a design system.

  • Stay up to date with the latest design and technology trends. Keep on top of what’s hot, what’s not, what's new, and what's upcoming.

  • Knowledge of best practices for digital design and social media platforms.

  • Bonus points for 2D/3D illustration skills, storyboarding and motion design skills.
