Our dynamic, high-energy team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and driving real results in a rapidly growing industry.

POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a communications-savvy, emotionally intelligent, and highly trustworthy support professional to work closely with our CEO in the med aesthetics space. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on amplifying the CEO’s voice, curating her digital presence, and supporting public-facing opportunities that elevate both her personal brand and the platform as a whole.

You’ll play a key role in drafting content, managing social media, prepping for interviews or podcasts, and ensuring everything that goes out feels polished, intentional, and deeply aligned with the brand’s tone and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CEO Social Media Support

  • Prepare briefs, talking points, and background info to ensure the CEO is fully prepped

  • Coordinate all related logistics, follow-ups, and deliverables

Messaging & Voice Alignment

  • Help write captions, bios, quotes, and short-form content in the CEO’s tone of voice

  • Ensure consistency across internal and external messaging

  • Work closely with marketing or PR teams to maintain brand cohesion

Brand & Reputation Monitoring

  • Track mentions, media coverage, and industry news relevant to the CEO and brand

  • Flag notable trends, content opportunities, or reputational risks

  • Support content recaps, media kits, and highlight reels for visibility milestones

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, social media, or executive support

  • Impeccable writing skills and strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail

  • A deep understanding of how aesthetics, wellness, and personal branding intersect

  • Proactive energy and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with podcast coordination or media relations

  • Eye for visual aesthetics and understanding of what resonates on Instagram

This Role Is for Someone Who:

Loves helping leaders show up powerfully and authentically. You understand the balance between strategy and sparkle—between a polished narrative and a real voice. You’re organized, trusted, and deeply attuned to what makes a personal brand resonate in a visual-first industry like aesthetics.
