Summary

The Life Time Associate Branded Apparel and Merchandise Project Manager will be responsible for the successful deployment of strategic Life Time branded projects. Project Managing various Companies Inside related needs and supporting our apparel and merchandise retail channels.  You will collaborate with key business stakeholders, internal project managers, vendors, decorators and   the Director of Apparel. This position is vital in providing assurance that the quality of product, branding, budgets, deadlines and objectives are met.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as a single-point of contact to  Business Owners and Creative Team when a branded uniform or product need is identified, following defined process and timelines to execute projects.
  • Collaborates with Director of Apparel to determine product solutions and or when new products should be developed. Solutions include name brand product as well as ASI product for apparel, bags, hats, drinkware, and a variety of office accessories all of which will be branded.  Once the product is identified, you are responsible to drive the project to completion.
  • Assists in identifying new product solutions and working with vendors on custom product development.  Presents product and pricing to business owners via a power point presentation, providing recommendations for brand-right products. 
  • Communicates with vendors, tracks & evaluates RFQs when sourcing product and decoration. Identifies opportunities for economies of scale with both small and large opportunities.
  • Proofs all artwork submissions for decoration partners ensuring adherence to brand standards have been met, review proper logo sizing, location placement, ensuring clarity and colors are accurate. Reviews proofs with creative team and business owners for accuracy.
  • Executes project management of timelines, artwork, pricing, shipping and distribution methods.  Communicates tasks and deadlines to cross-functional partners; both internal and external.
  • Works with vendor partners to execute orders, including finding solutions when conflicts arise.  Must be able to problem solve quickly and effectively.  Drives new vendor setup process and onboarding as new suppliers are identified.
  • Presents weekly status reports, tracks budgets, provides cost analysis and cost savings, utilizes Workfront and Excel for tracking purposes. 
  • Drives purchase order creation and tracking for product sourced, manages all invoices, maintains budgets for projects and ensures timely payments.
  • Completes and submits item setup forms with pricing and descriptions for new ECOMM items and uniform products. 
  • Responsible for updating approved product catalog.
  • Creates annual summaries for product sourced for each business inclusive of a look book showcasing all product sourced for each customer.
  • Drives annual reviews with internal business owners inclusive of scheduling and running annual order reports and assists in driving annual vendor reviews. 
  • Manages a high volume of complex, highly visible and time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Must be flexible and willing to work with many personalities with differing project needs.
  • Identifies and implements ways to drive efficiencies in project management processes.
  • Manges operation of corporate pop up shop.  Curates assortment, merchandises inventory, replenishes inventory as needed, provides sales reporting.
  • Supports the Life Time retail channels in creating trend reports, drives item set ups and gathers reporting

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Apparel or related retail experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work proactively and prioritize in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work   collaboratively, demonstrating effective team work skills and project leadership.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prior experience in Workfront and Workday
  • 1 to 2 years of project management experience
