HumanN is growing and is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join the HumanN team! The Associate Brand Manager will support the growth and optimization of our cardiovascular health product portfolio by leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making. This role will partner cross-functionally to execute brand strategies, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to new product innovation and commercialization efforts.

 

The ideal candidate is analytically driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using insights to influence marketing strategies and business growth.

 

Additionally, this role will involve supporting the development and management of Humann's medical channel business, ensuring alignment with the brand's broader commercial goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Data-Driven Insights & Business Analysis

  • Analyze sales, market trends, and consumer behavior data to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor category dynamics and competitive landscapes to inform brand strategies.

Marketing Execution & Brand Strategy Support

  • Assist in developing brand-building marketing plans, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure execution aligns with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-quality assets for digital, print, and retail channels.

Medical Channel Business Management

  • Support the growth and development of the medical channel business by identifying opportunities within healthcare-focused markets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that engage medical professionals and institutions.
  • Ensure marketing materials and product education are tailored for medical audiences, emphasizing clinical efficacy and consumer benefits.
  • Monitor performance metrics and sales data within the medical channel to identify areas for improvement and expansion.

Product Innovation & Commercialization

  • Support the ideation and launch of new products, leveraging analytics to forecast demand and measure potential ROI.
  • Coordinate with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to bring products to market efficiently.
  • Track and evaluate the success of product launches to recommend improvements.

E-commerce & Retail Channel Optimization

  • Partner with e-commerce and sales teams to optimize product performance on platforms like Amazon and key retail accounts.
  • Assist in developing pricing, packaging, and merchandising strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment on brand initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal presentations and external communications, maintaining a focus on brand integrity.

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role (CPG experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in sales and consumer data platforms such as Nielsen, IRI, SPINS, Numerator, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central) and retail environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
