The Role:
As a Account Executive, Branding and Creative at Interdependence, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a group of client accounts. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities across disciplines including brand strategy, creative and branding, website management, event planning and content development including influencer marketing. This multifaceted role requires a highly drive and organized individual with outstanding communication, creative thinking, optimal problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve exceptional results for our clients.
You will work under the supervision of an Account Director who will support in strategy and oversight.
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand client business goals and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review project performance, present new strategies, and address concerns.
- Proactively account for client needs and provides strategic solutions.
- Have strong project management skills.
- Be able to create and organize processes for efficient performance across disciplines.
- Track and measure results.
- Plan for and track against client budgets and timelines.
Channel specific skills include:
- Ensuring consistent brand representation across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborating with creative teams to create branding assets including logos and visual identity.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and development.
- Support the design and execution of influencer marketing and event planning projects.
- Track and report on performance across disciplines
- Oversee content strategy development and execution for digital platforms.
Additional Responsibilities
- Regularly evaluate content quality and manage external content creation, editorial, and strategy resources.
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns for success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal.
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
- Manage weekly campaign status documents for review.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign setup, creative execution, ad trafficking, and campaign reporting.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or client services within a PR, advertising, digital marketing or creative agency.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and overseeing digital projects.
- Understanding of website development, branding principles, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
