Job Description:

Brand managers are responsible for understanding what makes our target audience tick, and for developing marketing campaigns that position our brand according to those motivators. These marketing campaigns will not only drive customer engagement, but will further define our brand's reputation and image in relation to the market.


Responsibilities:


Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Shape and communicate our vision and mission Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action” Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions Devise innovative growth strategies Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
A brand manager is responsible for a company's or product's branding and marketing strategies. Their duties include:


Market research: Keeping up with customer trends and predicting future trends


Marketing campaigns: Developing strategies and managing campaigns across various platforms


Budgeting: Managing budgets and a team of junior assistants


Events: Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots


Brand positioning: Undertaking brand reputation projects and figuring out the brand positioning


Brand communication: Designing brand communication strategies along with the brand director and using the right media to communicate them


Measuring success: Measuring success and producing reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs


Growth strategies: Devising further growth strategies, and implementing them
