CLIENT PROFILE: LEAPROS has partnered with a widely known home appliance manufacturer. 

POSITION TITLE:  Talent Management Manager & Employer Branding​​

POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Management Manager will develop, elevate, and promote the company as an Employer of Choice. As the company continues to grow, retaining and attracting talent is key to their success. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition, talent management and employee experience topics in North America. In this role, you will drive the candidate and employee experience through development, deployment and optimization of People & Organization strategy along the candidate and employee experience cycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement the North America employee value proposition aligned with the global People & Organization Strategy

Develop and implement regional employer branding strategy and programs to have the company considered as Employer of Choice

Develop, support and manage talent acquisition strategy and programs

Review external workforce factors and market trends in order to effectively change talent

acquisition strategies to quickly respond to market demands.

Provide guidance and support local HR teams on talent acquisition strategy and programs

Measure and enhance our candidate and employee experience through survey and employee

engagement data

Implement global HR initiatives on strategic talent acquisition and talent management projects

Identify and develop state-of-the-art key topics along with the employee experience cycle. Lead and

drive this on a regional level (e.g. job share and job rotation programs, appreciation and recognition

programs, Work-Life Balance policies, onboarding programs and feedback programs and tools)

Serve as point of contact for regional talent acquisition and talent management vendor agreements.

Obtains and reviews proposals for solutions and makes recommendations. Handles contract

renewal negotiations.

Leads HR strategic initiatives to transform Recruiting into a Talent Management focused

department

Develop and implement regional talent management program and liaison for global talent

management program

Lead and influence the design, implementation and optimization of a holistic strategic workforce

management framework

Support the development of non-traditional career paths (create a variety of career paths that

facilitate movement up and through the organization)

Build and demonstrate success using data and associated KPIs

Perform all other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated ability to create and use data and KPIs to ensure effectiveness of programs 

Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders

Experience in project management

Experience in change management

Experience in strategy development and implementation

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications or related field

5-7 years experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or Employer Branding
