ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Human Resources Intern to support our Employment Branding & Learning Experience initiatives. This internship will provide hands-on experience in employer branding, social media marketing, learning and development, and HR communications. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who enjoys storytelling, data analysis, and digital marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This internship will focus on two key areas:
1. Employment Branding & Social Media – Leveraging our marketing platform, Connect, and social media channels like LinkedIn to enhance our employer brand and highlight team member experiences.
2. Learning & Development Support – Assisting with marketing our podcast series, learning management system (Polaris), and training programs, as well as using data insights to improve learning engagement.
