Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Brand Strategy & Positioning -
- Develop and execute a brand identity and communication strategy that aligns with the company’s vision. -
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across digital, print, PR, and on-ground channels.
- Establish the brand as a premium real estate developer through creative storytelling and impactful marketing.
• Integrated Marketing & Campaign Management
- Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, digital, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
- Work closely with creative agencies and internal teams to conceptualize high-impact campaigns.
- Plan and execute occasion-specific and festival-based campaigns to drive engagement and visibility.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Drive content strategy, paid media campaigns, and organic social media growth
- Optimize brand visibility through SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and influence partnerships.
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics, ensuring campaign
CEO Brand Building & Thought Leadership
- Work with the CEO to position them as an industry thought leader through PR, keynote speeches, and high-profile panel discussions.
- Develop strategic content, including op-eds, interviews, and social media narratives, to enhance the CEO’s influence in the market.
- Drive corporate brand storytelling through leadership messaging and media outreach
Luxury & Lifestyle Marketing
- Leverage insights from luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors to enhance brand perception.
- Collaborate with high-end designers, artists, and luxury brands for exclusive real estate projects.
- Develop experiential marketing campaigns that blend real estate with luxury living experiences.
Consumer Insights & Market Research
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to refine brand positioning.
- Identify key trends in premium real estate, lifestyle branding, and digital innovations.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence business and marketing decisions at the leadership level.
Public Relations & Events
- Build relationships with media houses, journalists, and industry influencers to enhance brand credibility.
- Plan high-profile launch events, networking sessions, and brand activations to drive visibility.
- Develop partnerships with luxury brands and lifestyle influencers for strategic collaborations.
Lead Generation & Sales Collaboration
- Align marketing efforts with sales objectives to enhance lead generation and conversion.
- Optimize branding across customer experience centers, sales offices, and digital touchpoints.
- Develop targeted marketing strategies for high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and campaign management, preferably in real estate, luxury, FMCG, alco-bev, or fashion industries
- Proven expertise in brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital marketing.
- Experience working with global brands and managing high-budget campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and agencies.
- Knowledge of luxury brand marketing, consumer behavior, and market research.
- Ability to create compelling narratives that elevate brand perception.
- MBA/Master’s in Marketing, Branding, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or PR.
