Job title : Senior Associate - Brand Communications and PR

Location : Mumbai / Bangalore

Responsibilities: 

1. Communication & Reputation Management – Help shape and maintain Yubi's primary and group companies' brand image by aligning corporate and business messaging with key media outlets.

2. Media Relations – Build and manage relationships with journalists and industry influencers to secure media coverage. Act as a key point of contact for press inquiries and announcements.

3. Performance Tracking – Use data to measure PR success (SOV, reach, etc.) and suggest improvements.

4. Leadership Branding – Support select company leaders in strengthening their online presence and thought leadership.

5. Content Creation – Write press releases, articles, quotes, newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates to amplify key messages.

Skills

  • Able communicator with excellent speaking and content writing skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Project management: Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
  • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented with at least a preliminary understanding of digital media metrics
  • Understanding of the Financial Services space and desire to learn more about the industry
