Akerman is seeking a Regional Branding Specialist. This position is responsible for working with the Senior Branding Manager, the Marketing and Client Development department, and Office Managing Partners to help develop and implement strategy to establish and maintain the firm's visibility and market presence in local markets. This position can be based in any of our 26 U.S. offices.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing and Client Development department leadership to help develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that elevate the firm's local and national profile.
- Work with Office Managing Partners and Office Administrators to create and monitor ROI-driven office branding budgets.
- Develop compelling narratives for use in regional award nominations to enhance firm recognition.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Client Development teams, including graphics, events, social media, content, and media relations, to execute targeted marketing initiatives that enhance the firm's visibility.
- Prioritize and fulfill marketing-specific requests from Office Managing Partners and Marketing and Client Development department leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Branding Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience preferably in an Am Law 100 law firm. Bachelor’s degree required, concentrations in Marketing, Journalism, English or Business preferred.
