As Recruiter, you will lead the attraction and acquisition of talent while evolving all aspects of recruitment with a primary focus on our Brand and Merchandise teams. You’re a natural relationship builder, partnering with our people leaders to identify business needs and match them with phenomenal talent. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve processes that contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience.
From day one, you will be introduced to our core values as an organization and contribute to how we work and collaborate globally as a Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with a team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, manufacturing and retail teams while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$80,000 - CAD$100,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
