About the Role:
We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Project Manager (Branding and Marketing Expert) to lead the branding, positioning, and marketing initiatives for our wellness and eCommerce ecosystem at NPPD CARE. The candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, executing marketing campaigns, leading offline and online strategies, and ensuring strong local market presence in Bhubaneswar.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Brand Development & Positioning:
  • Create a unique brand identity and value proposition for Care360 and our eCommerce store.
  • Develop compelling storytelling and brand messaging for customer engagement.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, offline, BTL).
  • Develop and implement city-specific campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  1. Community & Partnership Building:
  • Identify and collaborate with local influencers, health experts, and wellness centers to build a strong network.
  • Organize local events, wellness workshops, and brand activations to enhance outreach.
  1. Digital & Performance Marketing:
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid ads.
  • Work closely with designers and content creators for high-impact campaigns.
  1. Market Research & Consumer Insights:
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competition trends, and business opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies based on insights and performance metrics.
  1. Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Align branding strategies with business goals to increase lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Work on innovative low-cost customer acquisition strategies to build a sustainable growth model.
  1. Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Work closely with product teams, technology heads, and co-founders to align marketing efforts.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing associates/interns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, or business growth.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, offline campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and brand-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Bhubaneswar’s market, customer preferences, and local partnerships.
  • Ability to execute high-impact, low-cost marketing initiatives.
  • Leadership skills to drive marketing vision and execute growth strategies.
